Oh, it was such a pleasure to meet this sweet family!  At one year old, little Miss Delphine has a mature presence that has you believing she is wise beyond her years.  It’s obvious, already, that her future is going to be bright!  Perhaps it’s those stunning blue eyes…

We got together at (my favorite) Juanita Bay Park in Kirkland for a fun family photo session to celebrate Delphine’s first birthday.  This drought sure has been tough on the Seattle parks though… the dry, HOT summer has scorched the areas that are typically lush, green backgrounds!  Thankfully we found some hidden spots for a beautiful session.  And obviously Delphine wasn’t phased by the heat at all…

Delphine, it was wonderful to meet you!  And I can’t wait to see you this fall for holiday photos! (mom is on top of it! love that!)
