I was anxiously anticipating this little guy’s arrival ever since his fun maternity session. I knew he was going to be my final newborn in Seattle and I was feeling all kinds of sentimental. I am so amazed by how much my business grew in the three years we were in Seattle. And, this guy’s big sister (Josie) was one of the first children I photographed after our move so it seemed fitting that her new baby brother would be my final newborn.
Anyway, this post isn’t about me and my gratefulness for our time in Seattle… it’s about this beautiful baby boy… meet HUDSON! Hudson has a fox-themed nursery so Mom found this adorable fox hat (on amazon!!) to do a coordinating newborn announcement. So cute, right?
Isn’t he so HANDSOME? I love that dark head of hair!
I knew Josie would be a great big sister! She snuggled right up to little Hudson and held him so affectionately.
I love doing my newborn sessions right in my client’s homes so they don’t have to stress about leaving the house. But also, they can just be comfortable… in their own space. The photos above were done in Mom & Dad’s bedroom and it made me GIDDY to see the walls COVERED in photos from their maternity session!
