currently…
making progress on my mosaic crochet blanket! My goal was to finish in 10 months, but after only one month I’m already halfway (it’s so addicting)!
driving a new (to me) car. We traded in my Subaru Forester to buy a new (used) car for my husband and I took his Jeep Grand Cherokee. It’s a little newer, nicer and… has Apple Carplay!
experimenting with one wellness habit each month this year… or at least that’s the plan. There are too many things I want to try doing ‘consistently’ in order to see if they make a difference- like a red light light mask, vibration plate, making the bed every morning- so I’m going to pick one to try each month. I made a nerdy google sheet tracker to make it more fun.
reading Pines on my Kindle. Blake Crouch has never let me down and I’ve heard great things about this series.
participating in the “slow read” of The Stand. We’ll finish it by June. I’m loving the podcasts.
listening to Don’t Let Him In. Lisa Jewell’s books always hook me and this one has been a treat on audio because there are multiple narrators.
working in a new space in my house… the library! My basement office space is nice, but it’s not working well for the screen-share tasks of my business (which are particularly busy in January). For those I need to check progress frequently and when the computer is in the basement, it’s been out of sight, out of mind. So I got this foldable desk to set up my laptop in the library (which is part of our bedroom) and it’s been great, even if it’s only temporary.
closing the doors to the Yabba Dabba Do Crew. Enjoying this group so much already this year.
editing a few more Reels for my upcoming “14 days to fall in love with your camera roll” series. The videos will be on Instagram, but I also created a free email series to make sure you don’t miss anything! You can signup to get those here– it’ll start Feb 1st.
getting ready to retire the majority of the resources in my online shop (11 of the 15 items)! Don’t worry, I’m not closing down. And if you already own these classes, you’ll still have access to them. My hope is that fewer options will lead to higher conversion. Fingers crossed.
