As the year winds down, I always love pausing to look back at what unfolded. Running the numbers helps me see the big picture… what worked, what stretched me, and what I want to shift in the year ahead. So, in classic nerdy tradition, I’ve pulled together some fun stats to share a behind-the-scenes look at 2025.

2025 Highlights

This year I finally made the time to become a volunteer at the donkey sanctuary… something I’ve been hoping to do since I first visited in 2021! Spending time there reminds me how grounding it is to care for something outside the digital world. And I’ve had fun sharing my random donkey videos in Instagram Stories.

Membership Community. My membership community, the “Yabba Dabba Do Crew,” grew into something amazing. It became a lovely space for memory keepers who want to get things done- projects big and small. The energy in Do Crew has been nothing short of inspiring: real folks making real progress together.

Record-Setting Digital Organizing Work. This was a banner year for our digital organizing services. Together, my team helped clients organize over 11 million photos, which is nearly triple last year’s volume. That number reflects the trust people place in us, the work we’ve done behind the scenes to refine our workflows, and above all, the sheer horsepower of this team.

Course Launches. Rather than create new courses, my focus is refining and updating what already exists. The Organizing Old Photos course got a full facelift, with every video refilmed to reflect tech changes. The Small Group Mentorship that was retired last year was made available as a self-study format. And my educational Instagram series evolved into the Tech Basics Email Series, delivering bite-sized tech lessons straight to inboxes.

2026 Goals

As we turn the page to 2026, I’m feeling ready to build on everything we accomplished this year. The focus for the new year is all about adding more value, providing better support, and making it even easier for people to get results with their photos organization.

Adding More Value to the Do Crew. In the new year I’m excited to roll out “Yabba Dabba Deep Dive” within the membership. Every-other-month I’ll be sharing a 20 minute training on a specific topic, as voted on by the community (such as Canva, taking better photos with your phone, editing photos, etc). I’m also introducing a direct messenger so members can ask me questions directly. It’s like having Miss Freddy in your pocket!

Backup Bootcamp Accelerator. I plan to discontinue the Bootcamp Support Group format as it currently stands. Instead, I am shifting from a group format to 1:1 coaching because the work is so highly personal/every setup is unique. This will provide a middle-of-the-road ‘done with you’ option for those who don’t want to invest in the ‘done for you’ option of handing it over to my team, but need handholding.
