St. Patrick’s Day is my favorite holiday. Coincidentally, it’s also Colby Jack’s birthday AND the day we found out we were pregnant with Colin! I’ve been ‘lucky’ to celebrate St Patty’s in some seriously cool places… Notre Dame, Dublin, Boston… but this year, I will be celebrating at home with my little cuties. Heck, maybe I’ll even dye my “mommy’s juice” (hard cider) green too.
