life right now [december]

currently…

enjoying Christmas break. My kids have off from December 20 – January 8th this year. That’s like a college winter break!

loving that we did a Christmas trip this year instead of gifts under the tree. It made for a really quiet and relaxing Christmas.

using this fun coloring table cloth everyday. We set this as the “kids table” for Christmas but the adults loved it too!

learning how to take care of fish (thanks, Santa!).

watching all our 2023 family videos on the Projector app.

listening to The Light Pirate on audiobook.

reading Fourth Wing on my kindle. The hype around this book is unreal, but I’m not sure if I’ll like it. (If you’re looking for book recommendations though, I shared my favorite books of the year earlier this month!)

recapping the year over on Instagram with some fun Reels. This one was my favorite!

trying a new “scorecard” (a google sheet I created) to analyze how my business is doing. It’s been really interesting and I’m excited to use it in the new year.

thinking about doing a 24 for 2024 list. I’m still not sure. What do you think?
