life right now [june]

currently…

exploring Maine! After a fun visit in Boston with college friends, we drove up to Acadia National Park (beautiful!) and are meeting up with more college friends in Ogunquit.

eating Nerds Gummy Clusters. Got these as a treat during our time in the car and I don’t know why it took me so long to try them, but they live up to the hype.

reading Funny Story. So far it’s a good summer read.

listening to The Return audiobook. A friend suggested this when she heard we’d be in Acadia (it’s a paranormal thriller about a woman who disappears while hiking alone). It’s been a fun listen.

wearing this swimsuit. It’s hard to find a flattering fit with good coverage these days.

loving these sandals in olive green. I like the fit better than Birks and you can’t beat the price (I got them for $8 while on sale).

adjusting to life as an iPhone family. My husband just got the iPhone 15 Pro after years of being an Android user. Hooray for FaceTime, Airdrop, location sharing and MORE!

setting up my kids new Apple watches. We had to switch cell providers recently and got rid of the Gizmo watches we’d had for a long time. There are some fun features that we like (more contacts, easier to text, maps) but we are still learning all the ins & outs.

prepping for the kids’ first time at sleep-away camp!

working on the new Mac Basics website design. The mock ups are SO much fun. Once the design is finalized, I’ll film the updated videos. I can’t wait for you to see it…soon!
