life right now [october]

currently…

loving fall in Seattle.  So far it’s been dry & sunny (aside from dates I have photo sessions which of course are rainy & gray).

missing the gym.  One sick kid, then another sick kid, then a sick momma.  We haven’t been to the gym for 3 weeks!

watching last season of The Blacklist.

reading nothing.  I plowed through a lot of books while we were in Hawaii and have been too busy since we’ve returned.

editing lots of photos.  Minnesota mini sessions were a blast!

listening to podcasts while I edit.  My favorites are Elise Gets Crafty & Limetown.

talking a LOT about ‘using the potty’ but Colin still isn’t quite ready to make the leap.

taking an emergency prep class through Seattle Farm School.  I’m not building a bomb shelter or anything, but do feel like I need to up my ‘preparedness’ game a little since the Seattle fault line runs right through West Seattle (don’t worry, that’s not the same fault line they talked about in the infamous New Yorker article).

prepping for a busy rest of the year.  I am FULLY BOOKED now for 2015 sessions with the exception of TWO tree farm mini sessions on November 7th!  (Or a weekday playdate is still an option for kiddos too.)

getting excited for Halloween!  (…and saying a prayer the kids cooperate and wear their costumes!  Follow me on Instagram to see how it turns out.)

HI, I’M MISS FREDDY.

Actually, my name is Casey. As a newborn I resembled Fred Flintstone so my parents nicknamed me Freddy and it stuck. I am a professional photo organizer (yes, that's a thing!) who helps people all over the world make sense of their photo mess through organizing services and self-paced online courses.

I want to help you ENJOY your photos again!
